March First has always represented the beginning of Spring for me. It reminds me of afternoons outside, Spring cleaning, Baseball season, and a fresh start.
Spring is going to get my butt in gear. I plan to get the garage in order so I can finally get an office space going. I’d like to get back in the garden and try to sort out our sadly neglected plants, herbs, and flowers. With our severe drought the first thing to suffer was our garden. My hydrangea have long since wilted and their wood isn’t looking good. Our vegetables are nowhere to be seen and our herbs are just hanging on. Hopefully we see a bit more rain, we desperately need it, and with the rain hopefully our natural surroundings with brighten up and flourish. One can hope, right? If you have any tips to share I am slightly desperate 🙂
